The kitchen is slowly becoming more natural. I am shopping more and more in the health food section and less in the others. Things I still ponder for perfection:
granola bars, crackers, ice cream
future possibles (healthy versions): grahm crackers, whole wheat ravioli, pasta varitys, farro, popcorn, raw honey, gelato, nutella, Neufchatel, veganase,
these are things which i currently have found healthier versions then what consists in the kitchen right now. Slowly, I am still learning to eat more naturally. I've actually made a switch to full fat cheeses. I just eat less cheese now but enjoy much more flavor. I am trying to get this way with other products.
